Who is responsible
Christianna Hamilton is the data controller for personal information received through this site. Questions and requests can be sent to hello@christiannahamilton.com.
What the website collects
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. It has no forms and no accounts. No analytics provider is currently enabled.
The choices you make inside the Decision System are kept in the page address in your own browser so that the back button works. They are not stored by this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, with DNS provided by Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, they process IP addresses and request details to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults. Their own privacy notices apply to that processing.
Live readings
Where the Decision System offers a live reading, it runs only when you request it. The request contains the identifier of the illustrative decision and the pressure applied. There is no free-text input, and the scenario contains no information about you.
If you write, I receive your email address, the information in your message and any details you choose to provide. I use them to reply, consider a possible professional engagement and manage any subsequent correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and, where applicable, my legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence.
Correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, any resulting professional relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
